nothing much to report. i am recovering from a cold. getting ready to go to Iowa for a week of historical reenactment. working. going to see the phantom of the opera at the fox on saturday. possibly snagging midnight showing tickets for the new pirates movie.

oh, on a side note-- my dad did an ironman in idaho in just 13 hours and 6 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!! he comes home tonight at ten. i'm so proud of him.

colds are bad. ironmans (ironmen?) are way impressive. historical reenactment is something i lack experience with. pirates, however, as well as movies about them, are awesome. did i tell you i went snorkeling in Port Royal harbor? it was pretty sweet.

Woohoo!! An update! That renacting sounds cool--Abi was telling me about it. And Pirates of the Carribean definately deserves going to the midnight premiere . . .

Oh Maggie, you're so cool! Phantom and Pirates...lovely! I'm hoping to go to a midnight show too. I hopehopehope it's as good as the first one!! On the one hand - it's Orlando and Johnny, how could it NOT be? But then again, the first one was sooo good...sigh. Oh my. I guess we'll find out soon! And today Superman is out! I can't wait to see that either. Anyway, have a lovely week (as it sounds like you will, with Phantom on Sat!)!
